Inspired by the flavours of the classic tropical cocktail, this sour is brewed with curaçao orange peel, lime juice, and real orgeat syrup. Made with Strata, Vic Secret, and Galaxy Hops, our Mai Tai Sour brings in the freshness of fruity citrus notes, an almond and spice background, and a whole lot of fun!

The beer pours a hazed golden orange with a generous off-white head that lasts but leaves no lacing. The aroma is bready malt, yeast, and unfortunately artificial orange notes. The mouthfeel is light bodied and highly carbonated. The flavour is one dimensional with the tart citrus notes dominating any other flavours present. -

Wow! This is quite special. The nose has the orange notes, but with cacao, almond powder and spices. The taste shows again what I get as the almond chocolate milk. Not disliking this at all. Quite ballsy for a brew with a bunch of things. The sourness is there in the mouth at first, with the end of almond mild tart. Yep, quite interesting, unique and good.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a huge foamy white head that dissipates to a thin bubbly coating. Slightly excessive carbonation. Has a super hazy orangey coloured appearance. Aromas of lime, orange peel, wheat. Flavours are mostly citrus, orangey, some lime, earthy and herbal hops, a little bit syrupy in the finish. Quite a bit of sourness on the palate but balanced well with some sweetness.
