The great state of North Carolina is known for its friendly people, beautiful mountains, incredible beer scene and now... a Tarheel Unidragon. For this beer, we used Heritage and Carolina Rye malt from Riverbend Malt House in Asheville to brew a new version of Blaecorn Unidragon, and aged it in bourbon barrels

Pours opaque coffee with a thick tan head. Aroma features roast malt, molasses, bourbon and woody tones. Flavor offers roast malt, mocha, bourbon, woody and molasses notes. Mouthfeel has firm body and peppy fizz. Worth a trip to the Tarheel State - especially to Asheville.
