For the fourth installment in our "Beast" series, Sir Walter Scott has tamed the irate monster. Sort of. Here you see the creature redirected as he attempts to incinerate a herd of innocent unicorns. To celebrate, we blended 1/3 Undead Party Crasher aged in bourbon barrels, 1/3 Blaecorn Unidragon aged in scotch barrels and 1/3 Billionaire aged in scotch barrels. Hooray!

Pours rich coffee sable with a thick and persistent tan head. Aroma presents tempting fruity, woody, roast malt and coffee tones plus chocolate and - scotch? - hints. Bold flavor is a stampede of smoky malt, scotch, woody, bourbon, coffee, chocolate and molasses. (Incinerating unicorns? I hear tell that unicorn meat is very nutritious - and low in bad fat and bad cholesterol.) Finish is woody and earthy, while mouthfeel features firm body and good fizz. Ride this beast while you have the opportunity!

Very dark brown pour with a minimal head that sticks around. Laces well for a high abv. Smooth full body with an oily texture. Nice aroma but it pales in comparison to the flavour. Where to start. Sweet caramel malt, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, scotch, smoke, dark fruits, sweet weak coffee, licorice and booze. The flavour keeps going and all flows together over the tongue. definitely a sipper. Expensive but f.....g yum.

Bottle. Deep dark cola colored brown with a tall, dense, foamy brown head. Boozy and sweet with roasted malt and dark chocolate. Taste is big boozy notes, sweet malt, roasted malt, vanilla, molasses, dark chocolate, toasted coconut and coffee notes. Body is medium-full and chewy with a dense, bubbly carbonation and a moderate alcoholic warmth. Finishes with more booze, vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, sweet malt, caramel, molasses, and roasted malt.
