Pours opaque sable just a sliver above black with a thick and fine-bubbled tan head. Rich aroma has notes of roast malt, chocolate, molasses, and bourbon-soaked wood. Flavor has fierce roast malt, bourbon, woody, coffee, sweet chocolate, and molasses notes. Angry indeed - but maybe a tad sweet. Heavy, viscous texture has fizz to spare and leaves a roast malt, bourbon, and woody finish. No need to get angry - just grab a bottle. And a cab.
