A priestly Party Crasher saw demonic evil strolling by The Sunset Grill, disguised as a dirty cretin sporting Crocs. He caused quite a scene when he whipped out his bible and cast away the evil spirits but it's what he had to do. To commemorate the occasion we aged Undead Party Crasher (our imperial stout)in bourbon barrels for three months.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

19.2oz stove pipe can, 10.75% ABV aged in bourbon barrels, pours with a nice deep dark colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up dark roasted malts, stewed plums, a dash of black licorice, chocolate and then some boozy bourbon. The taste comes across smooth and balanced with a blend of dark roasted malts, tangy sweet darky fruity esters like prunes and then some thin chocolate notes. To midway a modest level of bourbon, boozy vanilla and booze bubble to the surface to add a nice counter to the various sweet notes. This is a nice sipper.

Poured out extremely dark brown almost black. I couldn’t shine a light through it. The aroma Is of bourbon. The mouthfeel is solid but not exactly thick. The flavor is creamy with notes of chocolate and bourbon. Plenty of malt to make it creamy and to hide the high ABV.

Pours brownish black with a thin brown head that leaves some slick lacing. Aroma of bourbon and chocolate. Mouthfeel is almost full and slick. Very rich flavour has dark chocolate, vanilla, oak, licorice, coffee and bourbon. Quite good. defiantly a sipper.
