Pomme de Glace (Apple of Ice), the apple analogue to grape's "Icewine," is Ice cider. It is a product of an extreme cold climate, where the cold winter concentrates the product. The cider has an excellent sweet-acidic balance, releasing flavors and aromas of ripe apples, pineapples, and caramel.
