Purchased at the Glebe brewpub, cellared half a year. Pours a slight hazy golden-amber colour with a bubbly off-white head that disappears quickly, leaving not much. Big spicy nose with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg. Also in the background, notes of a Flemish sour and some fruits. Lots going on in the nose. The taste has those notes, but much lighter with the cinnamon slightly burning in the palate, in the aftertaste. Actually, quite interesting with all that is going on, so hope to see this one again next year.

Pours an average amount of frothy head. Clean, light amber appearance. Thick patchy lacing. Aromas of caramel malts, roasted malts, notes of ginger, spices and resin hops. Nice spicy and bitter hoppy flavours. Some resin and spiced hops as well. Hints of cinnamon. Nice warming sensation on the palate. Bitterness and sweetness is well balanced. Pretty good.
