La brasserie des Cimes nous avait habitué à mieux, un léger goût amer nous reste en bouche, on ressent néanmoins assez le degré d'alcool bien que moyen que contient cette bière, à gouter et à passer...

amber-orange colour, few foam, aromatic hops and a touch of apricot in the nose, full-bodied with a decent finishing bitterness, the aftertaste is dry and very long with a predominance of the aromatic hops and also notes of malt, caramel and smoke - very good
