Rated in March 2011. Trying this beer as my 500th Florida brewed beer rating. I tip my glass to the person here on ratebeer who was the first one to hit 100 Florida brewed beer ratings. I thank you sir and who would have thought back then it would even be possible to try this many different Florida brewed beers. Amazing and a sure sign of where Florida brewed beer is going. Keep it up guys and gals. You ROCK!! On tap Cigar City pouring very dark with dense thick creamy dark mocha head of foam. The moderate aroma offers up dark chocolate, malt balls, fudge brownie, a sense of minerals. The taste begins with a firm level of dark roasted malts and then quickly becoming sweet with malts, molasses and chocolate malt balls. It seems to pick up a bit of a red wine esteriness into the finish. Tasty brew and I love the name. Thanks for fusing a bit of Physics into this. Too bad Pauli had to be omitted from this due solely to his own principle.
