0.75L bottle pours with an inky black void colored body that supports a short lived chocolate fudge colored foam head. The aroma offers up dark chocolate, fudge brownie and dark roasted malts that mingle with molasses. Toward the end of the draw there's a mild cognac booziness. The taste delivers a swirl of chocolate and molasses sweetened dark roasted malts and then a double thick cut of fudge brownie. To midway the cognac barrel treatment bubbles to the surface with smooth sweet cognac to sherry musty dark fruitiness and some mild boozy heat. This is straight up money. The barrel treatment elevates the experience perfectly in classy Cigar City fashion.
