Our popular Irish red ale gets its smooth caramel sweetness from two varieties of English crystal malts. This medium-bodied ale uses a pleasantly spicy English hop to create a nicely balanced beer.

Pint special at the bar, I had this after their Pale Ale and decided this was much better. Malty aroma of biscuits, caramel and toffee. Amber body with a bit of a hazy quality, on top sat a 3/4" light tan head that left heavy lacing. Flavor is malt dominated and very soft, nuances of bread, grainy cereal, and nuts. A hint of noble hops create for a good balance. Medium to lighter in body, finishes slightly creamy. A good pub ale.
