Pours deep coffee brown with a thick, if not long-lasting, tan head that leaves good lacing. Aroma delivers bourbon, roast malt, quality coffee, chocolate, and a hint of toffee. Flavor continues all of these but with more chocolate and malt and less booze, still an outstanding stout. Mouthfeel features not as much body as expected, but lively fizz. Happy 5th, Cherry Street, and here's to not just five more, but fifty more - minimum.
