Helen Yeah is a laid back Golden Ale designed for thirst quenching. This 5% brew starts off with a wonderful balanced character of light malts and floral hops and finishes smooth and crisp. We will be donating 15% of Helen Yeah beer sales to the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper to support their mission, and protect our water source. Water is the lifeblood of our brewery — the cleaner the water, the better the beer. Since our water comes directly from the Chattahoochee River in the foothills of Appalachia, we have partnered with the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper to help protect our local water systems. Pours clear topaz with a thick eggshell head. Aroma provides creamy malt and crisp, tart apple with a hoppy underpinning. Flavor offers crisp malt, sweet apple and bitter piney hops, nothing outstanding but certainly serviceable. Texture features decent body, perky fizz, and a hoppy finish. Helen yeah, a respectable beer.
