Infused with raspberries from the Fraser Valley, Red Racer Raspberry Wheat Ale is crisp and clean with a subtle fruitiness. The toasted crystal malt from England balances the natural acidity of the raspberries producing a beer that is refreshing and a delightful taste experience. WHAT’S INSIDE Malts – Munich Malt, Superior Pale Ale Malt, Blend of Crystal Malts Hops – German Perle Hops COLOUR AND CLARITY Amber-to-Orange, Clear HOW IT’S MADE Fermented on it’s own, with Fraser Valley Raspberries added post-fermentation.
