Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
Winner of the GABF 2013 for the style. Nice ruby- brown body body, slightly tanned cap that leaves some sporadic lace. Aromas of candi sugar is the most noticeable, nice maltiness, and faint dark fruits. mouthfeel is slightly prickly from the carbonation, smooth and easy to drink. Flavor is much like the aroma, with the fruits coming out a bit more as it warms. Overall its pretty nice its very subtle and smooth, worth a try.
