This one's abv is at 6.1%. Pours a huge foamy white head and has a pale yellowish appearance. No lacing. Excessive carbonation. Aromas are extremely grainy. Flavours are malty and grainy, at least a little bit of flavour comes through otherwise quite a disappointment. Retention is not bad. Average mouthfeel. Not very good.

I am not a fan of this one. I know the whole idea of "dry" beers is to omit the aftertaste - but sometimes, that isn't a good thing. Like a lot of Canadian 'dry' and 'ice' beers, the alcohol is prevalent in this pale gold lager that has a strong musky malty aroma and a malty metallic taste.

This was my favorite beer until my corner store stopped carrying Black Label in this alcohol rating. The corner store still carries Black Label 10% but that is too strong for me. I like the taste, color, foam and the price.

Bought in a convenient store here on the Quebec side, and comes with 5.9% ABV in a 40 oz. bottle. Pours a lighter golden colour with a big white foamy head. Retention is not bad and so is lacing, with lively carbonation. The first scent that comes out of this beer is a chemical strong bitter alcohol aroma. Then, as it breath, a nose of malts with mild corn in the background sticks out. Watery mouthfeel with some stickiness. The corn is really apparent in the taste, especially the first chug. Then, everything is really smooth with a so-so dry finish. Not much offensive-wise, so decent for the drunkfest. But, if you are looking for a real dry beer, go for the Labatt Extra Dry.

An above average cheap lager. It goes for the great price of 13.80 for a 12er and it really impressed me. I never had a chance to actually pour it into a glass but the foam from the bong did apeal to my eyes. It'l get you extra fucked up as it is 5.6%

Slightly above average beer, that for the price, is pretty good. Takes the Black Label recipe and puts it through the dry beer process. Fans of either Black Label or dry beers will like this one. Good chugging beer.
