A traditional Czech Pilsner brewed with twenty pounds of local honey. Light and refreshing with a hint of honeycomb at the finish, this beer is great for a summer evening or a day at the beach.

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
Pours a clear golden yellow with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is crisp, malty and fruity, typical of a pils but still inviting. Crisp flavor has notes of pear and malt, typical but still pleasing g and refreshing. Texture is fairly firm and fizzy, leaving a note of evergreen hops and a rather persistent tingle. Fish for it if you’re a Pilsner fan.
