Brewed for the 9th anniversary of Olutravintola Pikkulintu in Helsinki, Finland. A 2-year old unblended lambic, matured (for the whole period) in a bourbon barrel. Only 3 kegs and 192 bottles produced, and only sold at Pikkulintu. The label only says Cantillon Olutravintola Pikkulintu, and can be separated from the other lambic made for Pikkulintu by the red label (the other one has a blue label)

Bottlled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is quite sour, some oaked notes as well as some caramel and fruits. Flavour is sour fruits, wood along with some acidicness and mild yeasty notes. Rather smooth Cantillon, without the "typical" extremely dry sourness. Yet very pleasant.
