The beer looks awefull, no foam at all. But this is I think how beer used to be. Sour aroma, some green apple, candy. Little sour taste, also some light sugar notes. Fresh and refreshing drink. (@ Cantillon Brussel 201404)

Hazy orange colour, minor head. Aroma is smooth wood. Flavour is wood,some sourness and slight notes of sweet grass. A very "smooth" lambic by Cantillon. Was one of my favourite lambics tested at the weekend of spontaneous fermentation.
