Our latest draught-only release is also available as a single bottle in our latest Brewmaster Series Pack and is available at our growler station. The Dry-Hopped Tripel (7.5%) has a rich aroma of banana and white wine combined with dry-hopped citrus notes and traditional yeast flavour in this twist on a Belgian Tripel. Traditionally, Tripels are a shade or two darker than the average Pilsner. The head should be big, dense and creamy. Aroma and flavor runs along complex, spicy-fruity with a sweet finish that comes from both the pale malts and the higher alcohol.

Part of this year's Cameron’s Brewmaster’s Selection Taster 4-pack. Pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head and some good lace. Aromas of fresh herbal notes, Belgian Ale yeast and citrus. The taste is malty but with the grassy hops creating a nice bitterness, dryness over the citrus and even hints of bananas. Not really a Tripel, but a really nice Saison.
