What can I say? These guys rock. Good to have a brewer in Tennessee with moxy. A Mile Ale aged in Tennessee Whiskey barrels the refermented with champagne yeast. Yes please. The ale: A brownish creature with a slight head, not much lacing. Whiskey and light sweet malts in the nose and flavors, with vanilla, ample oak, some cocoa residual form the original ale, caramel, very light earthy hops. Uber tasty and easy to drink. Hard to believe this elixir is around 4% ABV. HUGE flavor profile. Kudos again Brothers Sergio. Boom.
