an interesting beer, more saison like than expected, mainly due to the earthy black pepper presence in the aroma and flavor. floral, obviously as the roses are the main player (or perhaps equal to the pepper). Otherwise an easy drinking light sweet-malt based brew. not bad, but i won't seek out again.
