Sampled on 7/23/2010. This Belgian Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is fruity and sweet, yeasty and spicy with a hint of ginger. A medium to light bodied Belgian ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, yeasty, and bright. Hints of ginger, the first sip was very gingery and then it sort of just sort of fades into the background. Nice carbonation. Decent balance. Nice beer, just wish the ginger flavor stayed around a little longer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
