Caramel malt and fruity aromas upfront lead into medium bodied, amber beer with layers of smooth flavors. The essence of spicy Belgium yeasts dance on your face and on the ceiling. Brewed with a bit of wheat, a bit of light caramel malt, and a lot of special b malt means lots of Carmel aroma and caramel flavor. This is another traditional Trappist style. We add a small amount of sugar in the boil so it's not too sweet, and our house yeast provides aromas banana, clove and pepper in harmony with the caramel malts. An amber selection fit for any occasion.
