Refreshing and pleasant. Brewing this beer with a bit of wheat and light caramel malt makes for great persistence of flavor through each sip. Sugar is added in the boil to drop the final gravity and increase crispness. Coriander is added in the whirlpool for some citrusy spice.

Pours a golden yellow color with small white head that fades quickly leaving no head. The aroma is light but standard for the style. The taste is mellow with hint of hops finishing. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with nice carbonation.
