The ancient craft of belding vintage Somerset cider apples to produce fine ciders has been handed down through generations. In our orchards we grow 40 varieties oon more than 7,000 apple trees. In the autumn the fruit is harvested, blended and pressed. The juice is then fermented and matured in oak vats. At Burrow Hill we sell traditional prize winning ciders direct from wooden barrels. We also distil and age Somerset Cider Brandy, Kingston Black Aperitif and the Somerset Pomonaa. If you would like to know more, a visit to our website may prove worthwhile.

A golden cider with a rim of beige head. The aroma has notes of apples and a bit of funk. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, brettanomyces, and wood, leading to a tart finish.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweetish tart apples wiith some mild spices and wooden notes as well. Mild vanilla and some pleasant floral notes. Flavour is apples, some dry notes with also vanilla and some tart fruityness. A pleasantly balanced Cider.
