Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Mezcal Barrel-Aged Mexican Vanilla Beans Somewhere beyond the construct of our own knowledge. The passenger here inside this vast terrestrial course. So far away from our cosmos. And confined by the structures we knew we needed to visit. Plundered by visualizing the landscapes of a distant countryside, we forayed a new meshing of two distinct spaces. The blending of our traditional Kentucky Bourbon collection of stouts was married with the small batch aging of Mexican-sourced vanilla beans in small Mezcal cask. The beans were then added to a select blend of Willets Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stouts, sitting inside our barrel house for more than 1 year. A sip of Mexican hot chocolate, accompanied by an espresso martini with the agave spirit, while the torch smokes the creme brulee

Pours dark chocolate with a fair tan head. Aroma generates chocolate, roast malt, bourbon, woody notes. Flavor presents chocolate, bourbon, roast malt, woody tones. Texture offers nice body and peppy fizz. Altruism is unambiguous.
