An act of conspiring consciousness. The void left by plans not followed. A cavernous space of endless possibility. A collective aspiration devised with our neighbors down the mountain at Eighth State Brewing. Made with a festive overdose of Forestry Camp roasted and salted Southern Pecans, loads of macaroon coconut and a final helping of decadent maple. A big mouthful of coconut pralines, followed by pecan pie covered in maple whipped cream and washed down with salted caramel coconut shake

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
Pours nearly opaque dark chocolate with a thin buff head. Aroma furnishes roast malt, chocolate, maple syrup, nutty tones. Flavor adds roast malt, maple, coconut, chocolate, a hint of toffee. Texture generates firm body and lively fizz. Not infinite, but not nothing.
