I just discovered this brewery a little over a month ago, quite by chance actually, by frequenting another business within the same part of town. While their beers are very pricey - perhaps the most expensive I have encountered yet, totally worth it, as this is my second beer from them and I am truly blown away, just like I was with the Vermont Blonde. May be the best Pilsner I have ever had, and I am Pilsner junkie. Has a really nice grassy smell, like a fresh mown lawn. A sweet cloudy appearance that alas has a bit of a thin head, but that's not really all that much a detriment. Tastes just like a Pilsner should taste -hoppy and grassy. Really, really good.
