A malt forward barleywine showcasing a medley of floral and fruity influences on top of a heavy malt body. Notes of unsweetened cereal, oak, toffee and sugar cookies. Nice sipper with a smoothness that leads me to believe this has seen some cellar time.

Cask... Poured a hazy brownish red color with a very small, light tan head that left no lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet and sticky malts, caramel, apples, faint grass, and citrus hoppiness. Taste of raisins, apples, more sweet caramel, lots of bitter hops, and an alcohol burn. This was very young, but reminded me of Bigfoot on steriods.
