Unlike previous Lentomestari versions which were brewed at Bruuveri, and unfiltered, the Saimaan version is filtered, and uses more new-world hops. Bruuverin Lentomestari on täyteläinen ja runsaasti aromihumaloitu Extra Special Bitter, ESB. Sen kantavierreväkevyys on 15,5 % ja alkoholipitoisuus 6,2 t-%. Brittibittereistä poiketen aromihumalat ovat amerikkalaiset "Amarillo" ja "Tomahawk".

Draught@Bruuveri. Amber colour, mediumsized beige foamy head Aroma is very fruity and grassy hops along with mild liquorice and caramel malts as well. Flavour is fruits, wood, hops, grass and some liquorice. Quite bittery finish. Pleasant and balanced.
