$2 brown bottle from Kazansnky’s. Ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color and appearance, however, it does have a sort of dirty water slight hazy hue in the color. Aroma of mild alcohol and honey. Thin froth for a head and it is also kind of dirty off white, quite unique. Medium strength alky bite on the first taste. Appears to be stronger than average on the taste buds and olfactory during the session ....now I see it is 7%. Medium carbonation. Slight industrial palate. A little harsh at times. Comes across like many american malt liquors I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. Unrefined at times with a medium bitter metallic finish that hangs for a while on the roof of the mouth. Glad to have had the chance to taste this but it is a little too coarse. If I didn’t look at the label, I would have confused it with an american malt liquor or an ’ice’ beer.
