Sampled on 10/2/2009. This traditional ale pours a medium brown color from a 50cl swing top bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is malt, spices and sweet. A medium bodied traditional ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy. Spices are ginger and lavender. Nice balance. A touch on the sweet side perhaps. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Amber colour, white creamy head. Fir, lavendel, pears and juniper in aroma. Flavour of juniper, herbs and bark. Barklike bitter finish, small notes of juniper.
