The cider pours a translucent raspberry red colour with a weak pinkish head that has little to no retention. The aroma is sweet and tart raspberries, biscuit grains, and apples. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is strong on the raspberry with hints of apple in the mix. For me, as a lover of peaches, there is no peach in either the aroma or flavour.
