Fairly clean amber colour with a golden hue. A nice big warm-white head, creamy-frothy with very good retention and lots of fluffy-foamy lacing patches. Beautiful aromas of spices over soft cereal, fruity malts, Belgian yeast and mild herbal hops. The taste has that nice malty base with some good hoppiness that gives a nice dry finish, cutting nicely the light sweetness, hints of Belgian sugars. Again, some very good spices lingering. The alcohol is very well-hidden, and gets hazy at last pour. Such an easy-drinking Tripel that has everything you want in one, and could drink a second right after. Congrats to this new brewery!
