Cette ale est parfaitement filtrée, ce qui lui confère une robe flamboyante de couleur acajou, ainsi que des notes de caramel et de prune qui se marient avec brio à la délicate amertume des houblons (Cascades).

Got this mixed pack for Canada Day 2024. Clean, amber colour with a creamy-frothy light-beige head, good stay and wet lacing. Biscuit malt aromas with cereal notes, and hints of soapy-floral scents. Even getting a tad maple in there, from time to time. Malty flavours with a touch of nuttiness, fruitiness and again - maple. Maybe this is the blend of caramel malts. Thankfully, not syrupy, not really thick and a touch drying. Easy-drinking, refreshing, nutty-fruity and quite malty red ale.
