There's a honey beer listed as a kolsch, that technically is my favorite in style at 3.7, really though, my favorite classic kolsch is a 3.6 from Social Kitchen in SF. For a style I generally don't care for to get 7's and 8's is a big deal. So SK kolsch wasn't your average 3.6, it was a holy crap 3.6, if that makes sense. This delicately noble hopped crisp clean yet flavorful fellow was nearly it's equal. BSJ excels at brewing good beers of every style, and this is no exception.
