Keeping with the abbey table beer tradition, this bright ruby colored second running of our Quad has a complex, sweet, caramel, bready nose and a delightful citrus finish.

Their belgian session ale is a second running of the quad (which was not ready yet) and tastes like a kind of hybrid brown/belgian ale with light roast and light spice. Great with food.
