Smoothie Sour BA Rhum avec Ananas, Banane & Noix de Coco. Nous nous sommes amusés à faire vieillir en barrique de rhum Cruzan la bière sure servant de base à la série Éclat, Ensuite, nous avons ajouté une quantité astronomique de purée d'ananas avec un peu de purée de banane et une touche de noix de coco. Cet assemblage vous donnera certainement l'impression de boire un cocktail venu tout droit d'une île des Caraïbes.

Enjoyed at the brewpub on December 8, 2022. Thick purée, orange-yellow colour and regular dirty lacing. Aromas are blending nicely the coconut, bananas and pineapples. The pineapple do stand out a little more in the taste, giving more fruitiness and sweetness, with the sour base. The bananas balances things in the back, and mild coconut lingers. Thick juicy mouthfeel with a thinner finish. Quite a nice smoothing sour, but not getting much of the rum barreling.
