Curiosité est un assemblage de Stout affiné pour une moyenne de 25 mois en fût de bourbon Henry Mckenna et Willett. C’est clairement l’un des meilleurs Imperial Stout que nous avons assemblé ! C'est la jonction entre intensité et délicatesse. Vous y trouverez des nuances et arômes de bourbon, de chocolat avec une bonne présence du bois. La texture de ce stout est riche et épaisse mais bien équilibrée. Nous avons cherché à créer une bière équilibrée et gourmande.

Pours an almost black colour with no highlights, a small warm mocha-coloured head leaving some bubbles around the brew. Big raisin aromas from the Bourbon, some alcohol over the roasted-chocolate malts and hints of wood. A slick, oily mouthfeel with some slow, building dryness. Molasses in the flavours with roasted barley, some booziness and blending cacao. A nice boozy, Bourbon-barrel Imperial Stout.
