Mr. Chabrolle worked during one year and half in an artisanal brewery. In 2006, it created the brewery the Burgundian one in Beaune. The beer is elaborate in Belgium and marketing is done with the international level. Mr. Chabrolle seeks today to be established on Beaune in order to work out beer in the area.

Pours a dark brown, aroma of dark fruit. Nice head, nice lacing. All around very good and very drinkable. Has a neat nuance I haven't found in other beers, wish I could pinpoint it.
