Our version of an unusual, yet resurgent, beer style. It pays tribute to the pleasantly sour, slightly salty wheat beers that originated in Goslar and became popular in Leipzig, Germany around the late 1800’s. A great introductory sour beer, Hibiscus Gose receives coriander and sea salt during boiling, then we steep dried hibiscus flowers at the end to create a vibrant pink hue (really, though, it’s pink!). The result is a tangy, sweet and sour ale with a refreshing citrus character.

pours a clear rose gold color. It develops a thin half finger head that goes away quickly and leaves no lacing. The aroma is hibiscus with some notes of grain and yeast in the background. The taste starts off light, sweet and floral then rolls into the sour with a hint of salt. The mouthfeel is medium-high

Pours clear, bubbly amber with a thick though effervescent eggshell head. Strong aroma has fruity, yeasty and floral notes. Strong, fruity flavor has a firm but not make-your-face-do-yoga sour tone, and lets the floral, pear and malty notes take up their fair share of the palate. Mouthfeel has decent body but lacks fizz. Pick this flower and enjoy.

12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy light pinkish orange with a medium creamy pinkish white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.

The aroma is slightly tart fruit with tea spices and a little salt.

The flavor is sweet and tart fruit with floral notes and some salt in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.

Overall, a nice gose with some tea spices.

Wasnt sure about this one, i like boulevard well enough but a single will suffice for now.. Body is a grapefruit juice color, some particles have settled on the bottom the head is a thin white ring. Aromas of soured wheat and salt with a touch of faint fruitiness. Flavor starts with a sour punch that quickly fades to old wheat with a touch of saltiness, the fruits dont really come out for me like they did in the aroma. Mouthfeel is average with a slight carbonation bite, it finishes light and refreshing.
