Imperial stout brewed with lactose, aged in bourbon barrels, then finished with pistachio and vanilla. We spared no expense in the creation of this collaboration with the mad scientists at Aslin Beer Company. A new species of lactose stout base underwent advanced bourbon barrel-aging with the addition of Madagascar vanilla beans. We then blended it with the DNA of fresh pistachio and bingo: pistachio ice cream stout! End transmission

Pours deep coffee with a fair tan head. Aroma presents roast malt, chocolate, woody tones. Flavor brings roast malt, bourbon, chocolate, woody notes. Texture produces nice body, lively fizz. Chill with it.
