La Pilsner des mers est inspirée des magnifiques paysages qui bordent le littoral maritime québécois. Son mélange de malts allemands, son houblonnage à froid et sa longue période de garde lui confèrent un caractère unique au goût du jour. Tous pourront savourer une bière débordante de fraîcheur d’un océan à l’autre. Cette bière entièrement naturelle est brassée à partir d’ingrédients de qualité supérieure : eau, malt pâle, houblon et levures de type Lager. Comme toutes nos bières, la Pilsner des mers ne contient aucun colorant ni aucun agent de conservation.

Written unfiltered, but I guess an unfiltered pilsner is not that hazy after all. Light yellow colour with a white head, decent retention and small amounts of foamy lace. Citrus nose that is mild, with some very light grass. Grainy start of flavours in the mouth with the hops appearing as soon as you gulp. Grassy notes again. Some sweetness lingers. Easy, refreshing, micro-style pils.
