Un court séjour en Italie. L'Épisode où notre Maître-brasseur fait voyager vos papilles gustative dans une Contrée Lointaine. La bière qu'on propose est une pilsner italienne. Ce style est caractérisé par une technique de brassage particulière appelée "houblonnage à froid". Cette méthode consiste à ajouter du houblon pendant ou après la fermentation, plutôt qu'au début du processus de brassage. Cela permet à la bière d'obtenir des arômes et des saveurs plus douces, florales et agrumées.

Slightly unfiltered, light-golden colour with a bubbly white cap, leaving fairly quickly, but leaving some tad soapy spots on the glass. Fresh, herbal-grassy aroma over the sweet, straw malt base. The flavours has some spiciness in the malt, but all well-balanced with the herbal hops. Somewhat mildly dry in the finish, but refreshing overall. Another good brew in the style, that is showing up recently.
