Cette bière de soif hivernale a été brassé avec 5 malts différents. Les houblons Saaz et Perle apportent une belle amertume bien balancée qui te mène à enchaîner les gorgées les unes après les autres.

First Quebec Schwarzbier of the night. Seems clear enough, dark brown colour with a copper-ruby highlights. The head is big frothy, almost creamy, very long lasting and with thick creamy lacing. The malts used in here give a beautiful nose of roasted malt base with coffee, nuttiness, hints of chocolate and fresh herbs. The taste is milder, with the burnt barley balanced with the hops in the finish. Not overly dry, but just well enough to be smooth in the mouth. Quite an easy-drinking Schwarzbier that is fine.
