LA PREMIÈRE BIÈRE SURE DE NOTRE GAMME ÉPISODE! Juste à temps pour la saison estivale, nos brasseurs ont concocté une bière qui te transportera sur une plage des Caraïbes (ou de Oka). Fermentée avec une quantité astronomique de mangue, d'ananas de de fruit de la passion (près de 2,5 tonnes), cette sure aux fruits déborde d'arômes de fruits tropicaux qui s'harmonise parfaitement à sa légère acidité. Le fruit étant 100% fermentée, on s'éloigne des bières de style smoothies en accentuant la buvabilité et l'équilibre du produit.

Hazy, golden-amber colour with a fizzy cap that last a little longer than expected and no lacing left. Sour, fruity nose with mango and passion fruit notes. The pineapple are less felt, but add some light sweetness to the rest. The sourness shows up more in the flavours with enough puckering that lingers. The fruits are present and all well-blended. Again, mostly the mango and passion fruit, which I do not mind, comes out. This seems to cut the sweetness, and concentrate on the fruitiness. A decent tropical fruit sour.
