Nothing spectacular about this one. I was told it was rare, so I excpected big things. The beverage is clear, golden yellow in colour, and a thin head. The aroma was very earthy, and yet sour. The flavour is unique. There is some malt upfront, but mainly the taste of old sour fruit.

Orange colour with no head. Aroma is wood, some mould and earth. Not very sour at all. Flavour is sour fruits, and freshly cut wood. Also some slight caramellyness. Quite sweet.

Yellow clear appearance. Funky and cheesy aroma, hints of green apples and white grapes. Woody flavour, hints of cheese and green apples. Wood and apple skin in the finish
