Vi har valgt at brygge en øl man kunne kalde en lysere udgave af en af vores klassikere Mosekonen. Stadig med et strejf af koriander. Bøllingsø Påskebryg er brygget efter den belgiske trappisttradition og på belgisk trappistgær, men en mere dæmpet og neutral version end Mosekonen - og knap så sød. Påskebryggen er brygget på lyse malttyper, og brygmesteren kalder det selv en Blonde Ale. Den er i familie med den berømte belgiske Leffe Blonde. Ingredienser: Vand, bygmalt, humle, gær, koriander.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Hazy goldeny orange colour, small white head. Aroma is melted rubber, cooked vegetables, some slight fruityness, mild zest and some yeast. Flavour is fruity, a bit honeyish, some mild yeasty and earthy notes as well.
