A first exploration in using freshly emptied fruit lambic barrels to slightly influence the next beer that's put into the barrel. After macerating the grapes of Druiven 2014 (75% muscat, 25% riesling) in this barrel, it was cleaned and filled with a blend of 1 & 2 year old lambic.
